CLINICS & COACH EDUCATION
Clinics for all disciplines
Equestrian Australia has coaching qualifications that are recognised world wide. To participate in these self directed courses a Coach Educator is required to not only guide and educate but to assess for final tests of competency. A list of Coach Educators can be sourced from Equestrian Australia websites. I travel around the country helping coaches become accredited through clinics and assessment days.

I am qualified to coach Dressage, Showjumping and Cross Country for Eventing. Working Equitation is becoming very popular and quite a few riding clubs are now scheduling regular Working Equitation clinics.

Many people embark on the coaching courses as a way to become more insightful in assessing their own riding and training. Some have no desire to coach but see the courses as a way to further their equestrian education. Others become full or part time coaches as a means to supplement or fully support their equestrian pursuits.

I coach at home, Wonga, Blayney but I conduct regular clinics in Sydney, Northern Beaches area monthly. I also travel interstate.

The benefit of attending clinics is that work is reinforced over the three days. I find students who attend regularly excel much more quickly than those having the odd lesson here and there.
